1. Right to Return
You may return eligible items for a full refund within 14 calendar days of delivery (not purchase).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
2. Eligibility
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for sanitary and hygiene reasons.
Opened, used, or tampered products (including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, adhesives, or accessories) cannot be returned.
3. Exclusions
Clearance, sale, or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Returns received outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
Contact customercare@karyzmahair.com within 14 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
